We lived in Chicago and didn’t know much about the area. We called Nicole before we were ready to buy. She returned our call in less than 15 minutes. I wanted to get to know her and ask questions and then Nicole asked us all the right questions to find the perfect home for us. Nicole started sending us emails of properties. When we had a contract on our Chicago home we called Nicole and told her we were coming to buy a house. We made a list of properties we wanted to visit and Nicole met us the same day we arrived from Chicago. We found our home on the second day. Nicole took me back to see it again that evening. Being that we are both night owls I made the offer around 10:00 PM. Nicole worked on getting this deal together past midnight. Nicole is very easy to work with, she is kind and intelligent. I even had inspections done and decided I didn't want a certain house and she went above and beyond to redo all my paperwork and to find me and my husband the house we wanted. when we called her if she didn't know an answer Nicole would call and find out and give us a call back. she was consistent on making sure we closed on time and followed up with the lenders. when we closed it didn't stop there she calls and send us reminders we also call her and still ask questions. She was always on-top of the process at every step. She communicate clearly, although does speak fast. When necessary, she was able to 'dumb down' processes and terms for us (as first time home buyers it is a steep learning curve for terminology and expectations). She not only managed us well, she motivated the seller's realtor to move in a timely manner as well as our bank/loan officers. She bold and unafraid to call-out a person or agency out for shenanigans or laziness. Her eye for detail is impeccable and actually caught several small details; had they gone unchecked would have cost us at least an extra 1 or 2k.
