We were referred to Nicole by a friend who used her to buy her home. We lived in Chicago and didn’t know much about the area. We called Nicole before we were ready to buy. She returned our call in less than 15 minutes. I wanted to get to know her and ask questions and then Nicole asked us all the right questions to find the perfect home for us. Nicole started sending us emails of properties. When we had a contract on our Chicago home we called Nicole and told her we were coming to buy a house. She was always on-top of the process at every step.
She communicate clearly, although does speak fast. When necessary, she was able to 'dumb down' processes and terms for us (as first time home buyers it is a steep learning curve for terminology and expectations).
She not only managed us well, she motivated the seller's realtor to move in a timely manner as well as our bank/loan officers. She bold and unafraid to call-out a person or agency out for shenanigans or laziness. Her eye for detail is impeccable and actually caught several small details; had they gone unchecked would have cost us at least an extra 1 or 2k.
I would definitely consider working with her again, and recommend her services to others!
